Basketball Recap: Wylie's Loss Ends Six-Game Winning Streak at Home

Wylie entered their contest against Frenship on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Wylie Bulldogs received a blow as they fell 49-32 to the Frenship Tigers. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 61-42 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Wylie's defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-3. As for Frenship, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wylie will head out to take on Midland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Frenship, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hobbs at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Hobbs will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Frenship surely won't give up without a fight.
