Volleyball Game Preview: Bandys Trojans vs. West Stanly Colts

The Bandys Trojans will head out to square off against the West Stanly Colts at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

Bandys is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. Everything went their way against West Stokes as they made off with a 3-0 win.

While Bandys might've won, it sure wasn't easy: West Stokes scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23, 25-23.

Meanwhile, West Stanly waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bearcats.

West Stanly never let Anson on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-14, 25-22.

The victory got Bandys back to even at 11-11. As for West Stanly, their win bumped their record up to 21-3.

Bandys suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to West Stanly in their previous meeting back in October of 2019. Can the Trojans avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
