Fulton is 8-2 against Mexico since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Hornets will host the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Fulton 3.4, Mexico 4.1) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Mexico will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Fulton extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday. The Hornets came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Moberly.

Meanwhile, Mexico fell victim to Blair Oaks and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Fulton pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Mexico, their loss dropped their record down to 15-11.

Fulton came out on top in a nail-biter against Mexico in their previous meeting back in April, sneaking past 8-7. Do the Hornets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
