Baseball Recap: Byers Takes a Loss

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Byers and Yuma, and Yuma kept the tradition alive. The Bulldogs came up short against the Outlaws on Tuesday, falling 18-8. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly ten runs.

Gabe Price was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Dane Curry also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Byers' loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Yuma, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.

As of now, neither Byers nor the Outlaws have any future games scheduled.
