Macon County is 9-1 against Schley County since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Macon County Bulldogs will head out to challenge the Schley County Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Macon County will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Macon County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jeremiah Solomon, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Fulks, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds.

Macon County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 38 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Schley County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Crawford County 49-47.

Macon County's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. As for Schley County, their record now sits at 4-12.

Everything came up roses for Macon County against Schley County when the teams last played on January 3rd, as the team secured a 73-37 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Macon County since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
