Louisville gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They came out on top against the Washington Tigers by a score of 42-35. The victory was familiar territory for the Leopards, who have now won 12 games in a row dating back to last season.

Louisville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 31-10 win against Coventry on the 6th. As for Washington, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on GlenOak at 7:00 p.m. on December 9.
