Starting off the list is Elma's Isaac Mcgaffey, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Mcgaffey rushed for 47 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 101 yards and a touchdown. Those 47 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Rochester Gets a Boost from Rodriguez in 38-24 Loss

While Ethan Rodriguez delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Rochester. Rodriguez was unstoppable, rushing for 176 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry.

Unfortunately for Tenino, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Rodriguez. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Rodriguez saw the Beavers), he rushed for 121 yards on only ten carries.

Colt Landstrom Delivers Best Effort of Season

On Friday, Elma got the W thanks in part to Colt Landstrom playing the best football he has all season. Landstrom picked up two sacks and made ten total tackles (3.0 for loss).

On the season, Landstrom has averaged 7.5 total tackles per game and for the season has 4 sacks. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 1.38 receiving yards per game. This year he is averaging 28.38 receiving yards.

Boden Muller Turns in Season-Best Effort

Boden Muller produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Elma to the win on Friday. Muller made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Hoquiam had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Muller it was a similar story. Muller picked up a sack and made ten total tackles (2.0 for loss) the last time he and the Grizzlies duked it out back in September of 2023.
