Volleyball Recap: Calipatria Comes Up Short

Calipatria was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Coastal Academy Stingrays.

Calipatria's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Coastal Academy, the victory snapped their losing streak at nine games and leaves them with a 2-16 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calipatria will venture away from home to take on West Shores at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Coastal Academy, they will head out to face off against San Diego Jewish Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
