Oak Ridge had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Grand Oaks Grizzlies a 2-0 shutout. Give the War Eagles' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Oak Ridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those eight games. As for Grand Oaks, their loss dropped their record down to 5-4-2.

Coincidentally, Oak Ridge and Grand Oaks will both be playing Willis the next time they take the pitch. Oak Ridge will host Willis at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, while Grand Oaks will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
