It's playoff time, and Springstead had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 49-38 win over the Leesburg Yellow Jackets on Friday. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won nine games in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Springstead to victory, but perhaps none more so than Addisson Osborne, who went 7-for-14 on her way to 16 points. Michelle Ramirez-Hoyos was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Leesburg's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Morgan Campbell, who posted 18 points and four steals. That was a full 47.4% of the Yellow Jackets' points, marking the fourth time in a row Campbell has scored more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Mi'Yauna Ross, who earned 16 points and four steals.

Springstead's win bumped their record up to 22-5. As for Leesburg, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.
