Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Flagler). They put the hurt on the Deer Trail Eagles with a sharp 54-29 win on Tuesday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-17.

It was another big night for Braden Hill, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds. Keegan Isenbart was another key player, putting up eight points and four steals.

Flagler smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in four consecutive matches.

Flagler's record is now 3-4. As for Deer Trail, their loss was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Flagler has already played their next game, a 64-17 defeat against Limon on the 17th. As for Deer Trail, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-10 loss against Cheraw on the 16th.
