Volleyball Recap: Kim/Branson Comes Up Short

Kim/Branson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Eads Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-7, 25-16.

Kim/Branson's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Eads, their victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 12-6.

Coming up, Kim/Branson will challenge Crowley County at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Eads, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Otis at 4:00 p.m.
