Volleyball Recap: Salinas Falls to Harbor in First Game of Season

Salinas unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Harbor Pirates on Tuesday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

While Salinas ultimately came up short, they really made Harbor work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 26-24, 25-18.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Salinas will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Paso Robles at 6:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Harbor, they will square off against Carmel at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
