Basketball Recap: Seton Catholic Central Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Seton Catholic Central extended their postseason success on Sunday against Maine-Endwell. They walked away with a 70-57 win over the Maine-Endwell Spartans. This was payback for the Saints, who suffered a 74-72 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Seton Catholic Central got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Allan Eagles out in front who almost dropped a double-double with 22 points and nine boards. Eagles' morning made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 16 points. Brayden Rumpel was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 13 assists.

The win was the third in a row for Seton Catholic Central, bringing their record for this year to 19-3. As for Maine-Endwell, they moved to 9-7 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Seton Catholic Central nor Maine-Endwell have any future games scheduled.
