With a playoff win on the line, Madras rose to the challenge on Friday. They strolled past the La Grande Tigers with points to spare, taking the game 70-53. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the White Buffaloes also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Madras is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.5 points over those games. This is the second loss in a row for La Grande and nudges their season record down to 8-18.
