Football Recap: Fairview Triumphs

Fairview proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 56) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Kingston Redskins 23-21. The Yellowjackets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Redskins, too.

Fairview's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Kingston, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fairview is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Tonkawa at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kingston, they will face off against Comanche at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
