Volleyball Recap: Burlingame Takes a Loss

The Burlingame Bearcats came up short against the Sylvan-Lucas Mustangs on Tuesday and fell 2-0. The Bearcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-13.

Burlingame's loss dropped their record down to 6-22. As for Sylvan-Lucas, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-11 record this season.

Coincidentally, Burlingame and Sylvan-Lucas will both be playing St. John's/Tipton Catholic the next time they take the court. The Bearcats will head out to face the Blujays at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
