Seminole and Andrews are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Seminole Indians will face off against the Andrews Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Seminole is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.6 runs per game this season.

Seminole will head out to face Andrews after giving up their first home loss of the season on Tuesday. Seminole took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Greenwood. Indians fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Rangers since on Tuesday.

Seminole saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Rowin Donaldson, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Even though they lost, Seminole always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .515. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, Andrews had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged out Pecos 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Mustangs have posted since March 1st.

The defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 13-6. As for Andrews, their win bumped their record up to 11-9.

Seminole was able to grind out a solid victory over Andrews in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 6-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for Seminole since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
