Football Game Recap: Laurel vs. High Point

Not only did Laurel outplay High Point on Saturday, but the squad kept High Point off the scoreboard altogether. Laurel put a hurting on High Point to the tune of 47-0. That looming 47-point mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Laurel yet.

The win makes it two in a row for Laurel and bumps their record up to 3-5. This is the second loss in a row for High Point and nudges their record down to 2-6.

Next week Laurel will take on Middletown at 7:00 PM. Laurel will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. High Point will take on Parkdale at home at 7:00 PM.
