Grantsburg entered their tilt with Chetek-Weyerhaeuser on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.
Ruby Rengo paced Grantsburg's offense, picking up eight kills. Rengo got some help from Megan Harmon and her nine assists. Selah Prusinski controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.
Grantsburg's win bumped their record up to 22-6. As for Chetek-Weyerhaeuser, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-17.
Coincidentally, Grantsburg and Chetek-Weyerhaeuser will both be playing Northwood the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Evergreens at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Pirates will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
