Basketball Recap: Milford Takes a Loss

Milford lost against Walled Lake Central back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Milford Mavericks took a 50-36 bruising from the Walled Lake Central Vikings. The matchup marked the Mavericks' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Milford's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Walled Lake Central, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Milford will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Walled Lake Western at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Walled Lake Central and Summit Academy will round out the year against one another at at 6:00 p.m. on December 27th.
