Basketball Recap: Erik Mcgee Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Bristol Bay

Tanalian lost to Bristol Bay on Friday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Tanalian Lynx came out on top against the Bristol Bay Angels by a score of 48-41.

Tanalian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Erik McGee out in front who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 19 boards. The game was McGee's fourth in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Malachi Fowler, who posted six points in addition to six rebounds and three steals.

Riley Aurilia and Kadin Torino certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Aurilia scored 13 points, while Torino earned 12 points.

Tanalian's victory bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Bristol Bay, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Tanalian nor Bristol Bay have any future games scheduled.
