Volleyball Recap: Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Millennium Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Friday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 20-25, 25-14, 25-10.

Millennium found their leader in sophomore Addie Freeman, who had eight digs and four aces.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Millennium, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Triad Math and Science Academy on the 21st. As for Millennium, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Piedmont Classical on the 22nd.
