Boulder City is a perfect 3-0 against Needles since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Eagles will venture away from home to take on the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Boulder City came up short against Moapa Valley on Monday, falling 11-3. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Payton Rogers was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Needles came up short against Pahrump Valley on Tuesday and fell 8-3. The Mustangs have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Needles' defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Boulder City, their loss dropped their record down to 11-15.

Boulder City beat Needles 5-2 when the teams last played back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
