Evangel Christian Academy came tearing into Saturday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the East Beauregard Trojans. While the Eagles didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-24), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
