Scott Central is a perfect 10-0 against Lake since October of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rebels will take on the Hornets at 7:00 p.m.

Meanwhile, Lake waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They strolled past the Dragons with points to spare, taking the game 24-6.

Scott Central's defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 2-7. As for Lake, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Everything went Scott Central's way against Lake in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Scott Central made off with a 37-13 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rebels since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
