Basketball Game Preview: Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs vs. Minford Falcons

The Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs will face off against the Minford Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Friday, Bloom-Carroll needed a bit of extra time to put away Fairfield Union. They came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 42-35.

Meanwhile, Minford had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They strolled past the Pointers with points to spare, taking the game 63-47. Given the Falcons' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Pointers are ranked 333rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bloom-Carroll's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Minford, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1.
