Jonathan Newton's Big Game Leads the Covenant over Rappahannock County

Jonathan Newton was instrumental in extending The Covenant's winning streak to six on Friday. Rappahannock County had no answer to Newton as he rushed for 75 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 46 yards and a touchdown. Newton also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles (5.0 for loss).
