The Coshocton Redskins will be playing at home against the Sheridan Generals at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Savannah Gambill put in work no matter where she played. She pitched 6.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. Gambill has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't pitched less than six innings in six consecutive pitching appearances. Gambill was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with a home run and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Sheridan came tearing into Wednesday's contest with nine straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.9 runs) and they left with even more momentum. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Panthers a 16-0 shutout. Sheridan might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won seven matches by seven runs or more this season.
The team relied heavily on Hailey Mueller, who went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs. Avery Mueller was another key contributor, scoring two runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Coshocton dropped their record down to 3-15 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road. As for Sheridan, their win bumped their record up to 14-3.
