Odessa came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 21-5 to the Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna Broncos. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Broncos: they've now lost four in a row.

Odessa's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna, they moved to 2-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Odessa will welcome Wellpinit at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna, they will venture away from home to face off against Freeman at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The matchup will give the Broncos their first taste of in-conference action this season.
