Softball Game Preview: Lakeridge Pacers vs. Tigard Tigers

The Lakeridge Pacers are taking a road trip to take on the Tigard Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Lakeridge has given up an average of 11 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lakeridge lost 19-3 to West Linn on Friday. The Pacers have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Lakeridge saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was FINLEY DICKSON, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run and one RBI.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Tigard ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They had just enough and edged out Tualatin 5-4.

Tigard's record is now 9-10. As for Lakeridge, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.

Lakeridge suffered a grim 12-1 defeat to Tigard when the teams last played last Wednesday. Can the Pacers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
