Baseball Recap: Rangely Takes a Loss

If Rangely was riding high fresh off their 28-18 takedown of Nucla on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell 12-7 to the North Fork Miners on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 11-5 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Rangely saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Fouch, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Rangely's defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3. As for North Fork, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
