It was a good run, but Nevada unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against the Garrett Memorial Christian Saints, falling 13-2. The Blue Jays were not able to make up for their defeat to the Saints from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Nevada's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Garrett Memorial Christian, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nevada will take on Mineral Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Garrett Memorial Christian, they will square off against Trinity Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
