Dublin is headed into Tuesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Thursday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Jefferson County. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Meanwhile, Dodge County hadn't done well against Bleckley County recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Dodge County had just enough and edged out Bleckley County 2-1. The win continues a trend for Dodge County in their matchups with Bleckley County: they've now won three in a row.

Glenna Whitley was the driving force of Dodge County's attack as she scored both of Dodge County's goals, bringing her season total up to 19 goals.

Dodge County's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Dublin, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.
