Baseball Recap: Kiefer Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sperry, Kiefer was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Cleveland Tigers by a score of 5-2. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

The team relied heavily on Trent Cantrell, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two stolen bases and one RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024.

Kiefer's win bumped their record up to 16-9. As for Cleveland, they are on a 15-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-23.
