After a string of four wins, Beekman Charter's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 69-60 to the Rayville Hornets. The Tigers lost against the Hornets in their previous head to head back in January of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 53-23 score last time.

Beekman Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Rayville, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-12.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Beekman Charter will host Delhi Charter at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Beekman Charter is facing Delhi Charter at the right time seeing as Delhi Charter is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Rayville, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Mangham at 6:00 p.m. Rayville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matches -- so hopefully Mangham likes a good challenge.
