Baseball Recap: George Washington Prep Comes Up Short

After flying high against Alliance Ouchi on Friday, George Washington Prep came back down to earth. The Generals fell just short of the Diego Rivera Huskies by a score of 11-10 on Monday. The Generals have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

George Washington Prep now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Diego Rivera, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. George Washington Prep will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on WISH Academy at 3:00 p.m. on the 19th. As for Diego Rivera, they will face off against Animo Venice at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
