Football Game Preview: Central Falcons vs. Brookwood Panthers + How To Watch

The Central Falcons will challenge the Brookwood Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Things were looking good for Central after they put the first points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They and McAdory were almost perfectly matched up, but the Falcons suffered a 21-20 loss. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Yellowjackets recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Anthony Dixon and Derrion Davis. Davis had a solid game and rushed for 79 yards and one touchdown. Meanwhile, Dixon was balling out in the loss, rushing for 138 yards and one TD while picking up 7.7 yards per carry.

Meanwhile, Brookwood scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. The matchup between the Panthers and Calera didn't end well, with the Panthers falling 43-29. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 6-0 in the first quarter.

Brookwood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.
