Soccer Game Preview: Indian Land vs. Rock Hill

Indian Land has gone a perfect 3-0 against Rock Hill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Warriors will take on the Bearcats at 7:00 p.m. Rock Hill took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Indian Land, who comes in off a win.

Indian Land headed into their last contest having not scored more than one goal for four straight, but Northwestern let them put that streak behind them. The Warriors put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 9-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for Indian Land as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Rock Hill fell victim to Clover and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 10-0 to the Blue Eagles. While losing is never fun, Rock Hill can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 111th, while Clover are ranked 14th).

Indian Land's win bumped their record up to 6-7-4. As for Rock Hill, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-8-1.

Everything went Indian Land's way against Rock Hill in their previous meeting back in March, as Indian Land made off with a 5-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
