Basketball Recap: Magnolia Takes a Loss

Magnolia was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Klein Oak Panthers, falling 57-33. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-32 back in November of 2024.

Magnolia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Klein Oak, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-11.

Magnolia will look to defend their home court on Friday against Tomball Memorial at 6:30 p.m. As for Klein Oak, they are taking a road trip to take on Klein Cain at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Klein Cain is on a four-game streak of home losses, Klein Oak a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change.
