Football Recap: Legacy Comes Up Short

Legacy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 49-14 loss at the hands of the Central Cobras. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-0.

Although Legacy took the loss, they still got scores from Jamal Edwards and Quinten Dacres.

Legacy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Central, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Legacy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Palm Beach Christian Prep on the 6th. As for Central, they have also already played their next contest, a 49-0 win against Treasure Coast on the 10th.
