The Chilton Christian Academy Patriots put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on Marshall Christian Academy with a sharp 65-45 victory. Given Chilton Christian Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 45th, while Marshall Christian Academy is ranked 150th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading Chilton Christian Academy to victory were Milly Avery and Karmyn Smitherman. Avery dropped a double-double on 12 points and 21 rebounds, while Smitherman scored 18 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. Chelsea Oliver was another key contributor, scoring 6 points along with 13 rebounds.
