Volleyball Recap: Tough Loss for Trinity

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Lubbock Christian Eagles.

The final set scores came out to 25-15, 25-19, 25-16.

Trinity has now lost 10 of their last 12 games at home. That's part of the reason why they have a 4-10 record this season. As for Lubbock Christian, they pushed their record up to 18-11-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Trinity will take on their in-conference opponent Midland Classical Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Lubbock Christian is set to challenge their familiar foe Covenant Classical at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
