While Wasatch might've come up empty on Thursday, Berlyn Brown wasn't going down without a fight. Brown wasn't messing around, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The pitching appearance was her third straight with two or fewer hits.

Coming up, Brown and Wasatch will venture away from home to square off against Skyridge at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Brown had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their game back in March of 2023 17-6.
