Basketball Game Preview: North Forsyth Vikings vs. McMichael Phoenix

North Forsyth is 1-7 against McMichael since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The North Forsyth Vikings will head out on the road to face off against the McMichael Phoenix at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

North Forsyth is headed into Tuesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their tenth straight game on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 64-47 to West Stokes.

Meanwhile, McMichael played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by Reidsville and fell 86-35. The Phoenix haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team's come up short the last nine times they've met.

North Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for McMichael, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-17.

Things could have been worse for North Forsyth, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 78-60 loss to McMichael in their previous matchup back in January. Can North Forsyth avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
