Ava Plumley Game Report: vs Notre Dame Academy

Ava Plumley, Bay Port's leader in stolen bases on the season, led the team again on Friday. Plumley scored four runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She also put up a home run, which was her first of the season.

Coming up, Plumley and Bay Port will square off against Sheboygan South at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Pirates got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Redwings thanks in part to Plumley: she went 3-for-4 with four runs, three RBI, and one triple.
