Baseball Recap: Tygarts Valley Bulldogs vs. Doddridge County Bulldogs
Fans were treated to a battle of the Bulldogs on Tuesday. Tygarts Valley took a 12-8 hit to the loss column at the hands of Doddridge County. If Tygarts Valley was looking for revenge after losing 6-4 to Doddridge County when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Kaden Moore put in work no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Moore was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Jaxon Drennen and Adam Woods stepped up to the plate in a big way. Drennen scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances, while Woods scored three runs while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
