Basketball Recap: Harmony Grove Takes a Loss

Harmony Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were dealt a 62-27 loss at the hands of the Junction City Dragons. The Hornets lost against the Dragons in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 66-52 score last time.

Harmony Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Junction City, their win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Harmony Grove will be home for the holidays to greet Bearden at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Junction City, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Poyen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
