Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Custer County walked away with it. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wray Eagles on Saturday. The victory was familiar territory for the Bobcats, who have now won four matchups in a row.

Brylee Shy paced Custer County's offense, picking up 15 kills. Shy got some help from Stephanie Lewis and her 33 assists. Trinity Downing controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Custer County's win bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Wray, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-18 record this season.

Custer County has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Dolores on the 8th. Wray does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
