Laurens posted their biggest win since December 29, 2023 on Tuesday. They blew past the Southside Tigers 70-49. With the Raiders ahead 41-18 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Laurens' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyj Narrius Jones, who went 7 of 16 on his way to 16 points and three steals. Jones is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last eight games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Q Quinton Watts, who went 6 of 8 on his way to 12 points and three steals.

Laurens is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Southside, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.
